THE FUSION CHALLENGE IS DESIGNED TO GIVE OUR MEMBERS SOMETHING TO FOCUS ON TO REACH THERE GOALS. THIS WILL BE TOUGH BOTH PHYSICALLY & MENTALLY.
INFO/ MEASUREMENTS NIGHT
Friday the 14th of May at 18.15 we go over the ground rules for the 8 week challenge and set you some targets and give you a roadmap on how to get the best results in 8 weeks. (Brief held in studio)
Here is what will be covered on the night amigos, so GET INVOLVED!!!
✅ The protocols for the 8WC (Scans, Pics + measurements) ✅ How to best utilise the Fusion Challenge App / Portal. ✅ How we monitor physical performance. ✅ How we execute the 8WC in house to keep you accountable! ✅ And much MUCH more.
Once measurements and the ground rules are set, the 8 week challenge will start Monday the 17th of May where we see what you guys have in the locker! Every 2 weeks our challenge app will notify you to update measurements and photos, Half way through the challenge we will re do the scans this will be held in studio Saturday the 19th of June (8am-12am).

NUTRITION
At the heart of the challenge and what drives your results, our trainers have developed the plan of attack. We will guide you through with structure and education. This should fuel your workouts and results, our trainers will give you a road map on the 17th.
We have also developed 100s of recipes to suit you.
Simply log your nutrition into our challenge app, this allows our trainers to see what you're eating and pick up on any mistakes.
TRAINING
Fusion have developed fun result-driven workouts, these are for all abilities.
During the challenge we suggest completing 4 classes PW for best results. If you can't make our class we have created a host of gym & at home workouts for you to go through in your own time, these are created by our in house trainers and are easy to follow on your challenge app. To fast track results we would suggest grabbing a handful of PT through the 8 weeks, as our trainers can give you a solid building block to speed up the process.

HABITS
Fusion challenge app has a list of habits we expect you to tick off, we hope to ingrain good habits which will stay with you after the 8 week challenge.
Yes and our trainers can see if you do or dont hit these habits.....no pressure .
TRACKING
We want you to achieve your goals, so we have built tracking tools into our challenge app, like any good coach if you're results arn't happening we can delve deeper and tweak your plan.
The app allows you to track measurements, calories, steps and many more integrations which helps the coaches keep an eye on you.
SUPPORT
You will get ongoing support throughout the challenge via our challenge app. Expect a reply with 24 hours.
FINISHING THE CHALLENGE
To wrap up the challenge we have our finishing measurements on July the 16th at 18.15. Followed by a social event that evening at slug and lettuce 7pm to announce the winner and dish out the £100 cash to the winner.
